Pairing Recommendations:

Sweet & Spicy Shrimp: Green apple and pineapple fruit notes match the sweetness of the peach glaze, while a savory finish tempers the chimichurri aioli.

California Chicken Bowl: Intense, smooth, and fresh fruit notes easily balance the complex corn and black bean salsa and spicy samba sauce.

Home Pairings: This is a dry unoaked Chardonnay. With sweeter dishes its going to taste a little bitter, and will pair better with salads and light spicy dishes. It will work with cheeses as the acidity will work well with the cheese fats.  Not great with meats because, with low tanins, the meat will overwhelm the wine and make it ytaste flat.
